This online course compliments all our ECC&R PAMVA practical courses and with successful completion and production of the ECC&R eLearning Conflict Resolution Certificate it will enable you to reduce 1 days attendance on our 3 day, 4 day and 5 day NHS practical courses by eliminating the need to attend the first days theory element.

All of our online course certificates are valid for up to 1 year from the date of successful pass and all ECC&R Conflict Management, Control & Restraint and Physical Intervention Training follows and are skills for health standards aligned and incorporate the Mental Health Act (1983) With amendments & April 2015 recommendations, Mental Capacity Act(2005), Criminal Law act 1967 Sec 3 paragraph 1. Use of Force and Criminal Law, Human Rights Act(1998), The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, Health & Safety at Work Act.(1974) and Management of Health and Safety Regulations (1999).
